Get ready for a taste of island life right here in Battle Creek! The 11th Annual Battle Creek Caribbean Festival returns on Saturday, August 15, 2026, bringing vibrant music, delicious food, and Caribbean culture to The Base Bar & Grill.

 

After eight years at Festival Market Square in downtown Battle Creek, the festival has found a new home at Calhoun County's premier outdoor music venue. The move promises even more space for dancing, dining, and celebrating island culture.

 

What to Expect

This year's festival delivers an authentic Caribbean experience featuring:

  • Live reggae music from headliner Hydro Afro Reggae Band, direct from Ghana, West Africa
  • Special guest performance by Kofi Hanson
  • Caribbean cuisine from international food vendors
  • Craft vendors offering island-inspired goods
  • Island drinks and refreshments
  • MC & DJ Assane Dia keeping the energy high all night
