🍕 Steve’s Pizza: A Slice Above the Rest

This week, our pizza adventure led us to Steve’s Pizza, a spot I’ve heard great things about for years but somehow never tried ... until now.

 

Ordering was quick and easy. The gentleman who took my call was friendly and efficient, setting the tone for a great first experience.

 

When I arrived to pick up the order, there was a funny little mix-up.

 

The young lady at the counter brought out a small personal pizza when I’d actually ordered two large pizzas and sides for four people.

 

Turns out, someone with my exact same name had ordered at the same time, a rare coincidence that had us both laughing.

 

Once we sorted it out, I headed home with the correct order, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

 

My daughter went for the Hawaiian pizza, which came loaded with cheese, thick slices of ham, and big, juicy chunks of pineapple.

 

I opted for a six-topping masterpiece ... pepperoni, sausage, ham, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños.

 

The toppings were piled high, and I especially loved that they used fresh-cut jalapeños, not the jarred kind.

 

They added just the right amount of heat and crunch.

 

The cheesy breadsticks were a hit, baked golden and loaded with cheese, accompanied by plenty of marinara for dipping.

 

And to finish, the cinnamon sticks were a perfect sweet ending, light, fluffy, and topped with apple and icing.

 

After finally trying Steve’s Pizza, I can easily see why they have such a strong local reputation.

 

Great service, generous portions, and that unmistakable “made with care” flavor.

 

We’ll definitely be back for more.
